Do I own the hardware?
Yes! The Setup & Launch and Hardware Bundle packages include hardware that you own. We host it at our facility for optimal uptime and security.
Can I cancel anytime?
The Managed Service is month-to-month - no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I need more skills later?
Managed Service clients get monthly skill updates included. One-time setup clients can purchase additional skills as needed.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We build your AI assistant on dedicated desktop hardware housed at our secure warehouse facility. We never install anything on your company network or devices. Your agent connects to your services (Gmail, CRM, etc.) from outside your network using API keys you control. You can revoke access instantly by changing credentials. Your firewall stays closed. Your internal systems stay untouched.
What if I don't want to give it access to sensitive data?
Perfect! That's the default. Your agent has ZERO access to anything unless you explicitly grant it. You decide exactly which services and tools it can use. Many clients start with just email and calendar, then expand access as they build trust.
